Role Overview

Do you thrive on translating campaign concepts into highly engaging and visually compelling designs? Mabbly is seeking a Digital Designer who can take client goals and turn them into campaigns that deliver results across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a meticulous eye for detail, technical expertise, and a love for data-informed design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, including:
    • Paid media assets
    • Animated social media ads
    • Email marketing designs
    • Banner ads and retargeting visuals
  • Execute A/B testing and iteratively improve campaign designs based on performance insights.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to client brand guidelines and align with campaign objectives.
  • Present and articulate your work and rationale effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with strategists and performance marketers to deliver high-impact creatives.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital campaign design, preferably in an agency setting
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with additional experience in animation tools (e.g., After Effects)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and ad specifications (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Strong ability to translate performance data into actionable design improvements

Extra Credit

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS
