Position Overview
As an Account Supervisor at Mabbly, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts by establishing yourself as a trusted partner for branding and complex digital marketing initiatives. Under the mentorship of an Account Director or the Head of Account Management, you will execute at a high level, prioritize details effectively, and positively influence cross-functional teams.
Your primary focus will be day-to-day account management, including strategic planning, execution, and collaboration with specialists across various digital deliverables. Strong organizational and relationship-building skills will be critical to your success in this role.
As a key member of the Account Studio team, you will report to the Head of Account Management and collaborate with other studio leads to identify strategic opportunities for clients and drive them forward throughout the project lifecycle. You will also help coordinate accounts across multiple teams and studios, fostering strong client relationships. As a leader, you will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset, leading by example with a blend of positivity and capability.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for client relationships, ensuring their needs are proactively met with thoughtful, strategic solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client industries and business objectives to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
- Work with the Head of Account Management to maintain high client retention while identifying ways to expand Mabbly’s impact and scope of work.
- Exercise sound decision-making regarding setting expectations and prioritization of deliverables.
Scope Management & Business Growth
- Monitor project scopes, identifying and communicating any deviations or necessary changes to the Head of Account Management and Head of Operations.
- Make informed, real-time decisions to ensure the success of projects while balancing high-level objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders on new business pitches and proposals.
- Regularly track and communicate portfolio performance.
Communication & Client Service
- Prepare and maintain key account service documents, including meeting agendas, next steps, proposals, and client communications.
- Build trust and credibility with clients and internal teams through effective, transparent communication.
- Ensure alignment between internal teams and client expectations by working closely with project collaborators.
Project & Internal Team Management
- Assist in project management by developing, maintaining, and tracking detailed Asana-based project plans.
- Lead and participate in internal meetings, providing clarity on project timelines, technical requirements, and expectations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and calls, ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared and shared in advance.
- Efficient execution of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain quality assurance of project deliverables by working closely with all studio departments.
