Chicago’s Mobile Media Summit
The agenda for this year’s summit begins with a networking breakfast at
8:00 am, followed by an official welcome with opening remarks by Paran Johar, CEO and Founder, Mobile Media Summit at 9:00 am.
From 9:05 to 9:30 am, attendees will learn “The Future is Now: Developing Great Brands, Campaigns, and Organizations in the Mobile Age” moderated by Sky Holden, SVP, National Brand Sales of Opera Mediaworks. “What’s Next for Location Intelligence” is discussed from 9:30 to 9:55 am, followed by “Cracking the Code on Mobile ROI” from 9:55 to 10:20 am.
RadiumOne’s Neil Ford, Vice President Sales, and TBWACHIATDAY’s Global Director of Mobile Vaino Leskinen will address “Mine, Yours, Ours: Mobile Data and Privacy” from 10:20 to 10:40 am while geofencing, proximity marketing, and other location technologies will be covered in “Street Level Marketing – Reaching Consumers on Location” from 10:55 to 11:20 am.
From 11:20 to 11:45 am, “Building the Stack: Doing Programmatic Right” takes place, followed by “Moving the Needle with Location” from 11:45 to 12:10 pm. The topic continues with “Location, Location, Location: Native Breaks the Paradigm” from 12:10 to 12:30 pm.
After a networking lunch, discussions resume with “Gathering and Using the Mobile, Online and Offline Data Points” from 1:20 to 1:45 pm; “Attribution Ain’t Easy” from 1:45 to 2:10 pm; and “The Brand, the Data, the Results” from 2:10 to 2:35 pm.
The afternoon also includes “Changing Hearts and Minds With Mobile” from 2:35 to 2:55 pm; “Creativity and the Mobile Future” from 3:10 to 3:35 pm; and “Thinking and Behaving Differently: How Mobile is Re-programming Consumer Information Processing” from 3:35 to 4:00 pm.
On the heels of “Likes, Retweets, Pins, and Snaps: Making Social Work in Mobile” from 4:00 to 4:25 pm, the summit will conclude with a cocktail reception from 4:30 to 5:30 pm.
The July 28 event features speakers from Orbitz’s Mobile Marketing Director Paul Rattin and Whirlpool’s Director of Digital Marketing Niels Aillaud to Associate Professor of Mobile and Interactive Marketing Sy Banerjee from University of Michigan in Flint and Chicago Tribune Media Reporter Robert Channick.
