THE CHALLENGE
BioSphere came to Mabbly looking to modernize its look after its outdated branding started to discourage collaborative partnerships. To encourage future collaborations, BioSphere sought to polish and refine its brand and website to align with what businesses and consumers expect from a leader in biodegradable plastics.

THE COLLABORATION
We ingrained ourselves in BioSphere’s origins to ensure the new brand direction remained true to its values. We began our exploration by looking at the meaning behind their previous logo and familiarizing ourselves with their brand pyramid. This led us to an identity that communicates simplicity and a clear message about a sustainable future.

OUR IMPACTFUL SOLUTION
BioSphere: The brand that champions the simplicity and truth of sustainability. Their new logo grounds the brand in the company’s namesake: The Earth’s biosphere. Visual queues of the sun, earth, hydrosphere, and atmosphere speak to the balance of nature. We bolstered this with a website that prioritized minimalism, pulling striking nature imagery from all over the world. We also armed visitors with science-backed information to fight the misinformation that surrounds plastic biodegradability.
